AFib Life: 8-week Group Program

AFib Life is a holistic and evidence-based health program designed specifically for individuals with an Atrial Fibrillation diagnosis. This 8-week virtual group program offers current AFib lifestyle recommendations along with practical strategies to help you navigate the unique challenges of living with AFib.

In AFib Life, we explore key topics such as exercise, nutrition, sleep management, stress and anxiety, symptom monitoring, and more—together with others who understand your journey. Peer support is a core part of the program experience.

• Live virtual group coaching sessions (60 minutes weekly)
• Peer support and shared learning
• Insights from the latest AFib research
