This 6-month virtual service provides exercise, nutritional, and psychosocial support for people with cardiac related concerns.

The goal of the program is to guide people towards a heart-healthy lifestyle by giving them a better understanding of their heart, physical activity, nutrition, mental health and more.

The MyVIEW Cardiac Wellness healthcare team includes: kinesiologists, dietitians, wellness coaches, social workers, psychotherapists and more.

The MyVIEW Cardiac Wellness Program includes:

• An easy-to-use desktop or smart phone App
• Instant messaging
• Group coaching
• Live webinars on exercise, nutrition, mindfulness and more.
• Peer support
• Access to an extensive healthcare library
• Should participants wish to continue after 6 months, our subscription-based program offers non-interrupted continuous care.
• Extended maintenance options following 6 months of programming
• Ability to add a wearable or health tracking device to help monitor your health data and progress.

The MyVIEW Cardiac Wellness Program requires a 6-month enrolment commitment. Service enrolment can be purchased as a one-time payment of $450.00 plus tax or purchased over 6 months at $80.00 per month plus tax.

When enrolling in the MyVIEW Cardiac Wellness Program you will be billed upon purchase. Program enrolment starts on the first of every month. If you enrol in The MyVIEW Cardiac Wellness Program
between the 1st  or 28th of any month, your program will start the following month.

If you purchase The MyVIEW Cardiac Wellness Program on or after the 28th of any given month, your program will start on the 1st of the month after 2 consecutive months from your purchase date. For example; if you sign up on January 1st your program will start February 1st.  If you sign up January 19th your program will start February 1st.  If you sign up January 28th your program will start March 1st.

We do not offer any refunds to our customers for the cancellation of your 6-month enrolment commitment. Please contact an administrator for contract details.
